About Veronika Timokhina
Paper Artist & Visual Storyteller. Hand-cut illustrations that speak, sparkle, and stick in your memory.
Who I am?
Veronika is a Russian-born, US-based paper artist specializing in handcrafted collage, papercut animation concepts, and collectible prints. After a decade in product development, I pivoted into visual storytelling, incorporating colorful layers of meaning into every piece I make. My signature style blends femininity, nature, and pop culture into vibrant paper artworks that feel alive. My works are available as art prints, postcards, editorial commissions, and branded collaborations.
What I often cut? (when inspiration hits)
I don’t stick to rules, but some stories just love showing up. These are the paper voices that whisper the loudest:
Zodiacs & starry magic (myths you can hang on the wall)
Seasonal moods (cozy Decembers, sunny Julys, rainy Tuesdays)
Creatures & fur things (soft ears, curious tails, cut with love)
Bold women (fierce, dreamy, layered like my paper stash)
Places that stay with you (real cities or maybe invented ones)
I work with
Creative teams & brands looking for handmade visuals that stand out in a digital world
Collectors & paper lovers who want art that feels layered, tactile, and deeply personal
Independent makers & founders building beautiful things and stories worth telling
My team
Veronika Timokhina is Founder & Artist (concept, creative direction, papercut execution)
Archie is emotional support, muse & mood setter (loves naps, walks, and tiny hats)
Artem Khomyakov is planning, logistics & coffee supplier (keeps the business side sharp and running)

fun fact
my studio playlist is 80% Bossa Nova, 20% paper-crunching silence. Scissors make the best rhythm section =)
Who I worked with
I collaborate with brands, bookstores, design studios, and creative teams who want something heartfelt, fun, and handcrafted. Whether it’s a single postcard or a full animated concept — I’m all ears (and scissors).

Veronika Timokhina
ARTIST
She graduated from Medical College, and then Kazan National Research Technological University, she spent the ten years of her career at various companies - working with clients in product & technical management.
Today, she is a self-taught artist, spending her days thinking through boundary-pushing ideas for clients and developing her business around a new art & shop studio. Her paper style is simple, fun, colorful, rich in textures, and a passion for visually representing stories of all kinds.

Archie
FUN SUPPORT
Archie is the only tri-lingual (Canine, Russian, and English) Corgi in the Greater Cincinnati Area and serves as the official muse and emotional support pup of Veronikart. She loves backpacking (at least being carried in one), festivals (that have dog treats), short walks (she has short legs), and enjoying naps with the creative team.
She has an incredible eye for fashion and consistently accessorizes Veronika’s outfits with just the right amount of dog hair to impress humans and canines alike!

Artem Khomyakov
BEHIND-THE-SCENES MVP
While Veronika is cutting paper, he is cutting through spreadsheets. He helps with planning, packing, and making sure this little paper dream runs like clockwork.
With a background in management (and a PhD in crisis-mode calm), he somehow juggles multiple jobs — and still finds time to be her go-to travel buddy and spontaneous adventure co-pilot.
